The Board of the Alabama Education Association today approved the hiring of Dr. Brenda Pike as its Executive Director after an extensive national search.  Dr. Pike currently serves as the Executive Director of the Indiana State Teachers Association (ISTA).   She will begin her AEA employment on May 16.
