With a bounty of members to contribute recipes, this book will contain just over 1,400 different recipes from AEA members everywhere.
The idea was presented in October, 2007, to the PR Commission by AEA Public Relations Manager, David Stout. “We wanted to do something fun, and have the biggest cookbook ever,” Stout said. “We agreed everyone has their favorite recipes, even if we don’t always have time to cook.”
The cookbook is scheduled to be ready this fall, so pre-order your copies now to give to family and friends as Christmas presents!
A few categories include main dishes, desserts, and appetizers, but the cookbook will feature eight different categories separated by matching, tabbed dividers.
The full-color, padded cover will have a laminated, linen-finish, and be similar to the design shown here in a three-ring binder style.
The brightly-illustrated inside covers will contain roasting charts, perfect pasta tips, measuring equivalents, common substitutes, food storage guidelines and slow-cooker tips.
